At Sweet Caroline Styles, we whole heartedly believe in breaking tradition and being your true self on your wedding day, and we hope our separates will help you do just that! Each of our separates are made to order, and are one of a kind for you.
Where is SCS located?
All of our pieces at Sweet Caroline are handmade in a sleepy suburban town, just outside of historic Philadelphia.
How do I know an item will fit?
Before placing your order, please review or size chart and sizing information! To avoid inaccurate measurements, we strongly recommend getting measured by a professional seamstress. If you are in between sizes, order the large size – it is always easier to take a garment in than it is to let it out. Because our pieces are all made from a standard size chart, please allow room in your budget for alterations to achieve a perfect fit.
Can I place a custom order?
We do not offer custom design services or customizations, but we love that separates allow brides to mix and match to achieve a custom look. Due to our production demands, we do not offer custom sizing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We absolutely ship internationally, but please be aware that additional fees and taxes may be applied when the items enter your country in addition to a longer ship time. Please contact your customs department to learn more about your countries policies.
When will my order ship?
We ship once a week, typically on Fridays. Orders are shipped 14-16 weeks from the week of your order, not the exact day. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. It is recommended that you order at least 22-24 weeks prior to your wear date to allow for alterations after arrival.
We always ship USPS Priority mail, so you will receive your dress 2-3 business days after it has been shipped if you are located inside the US.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email notification as soon your item has shipped, and the tracking number will be added to your purchase information.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after being placed, so please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have prior to ordering!
What is your return policy?
We do not keep stock on our items and all our pieces are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, or weight loss or gain after an order is placed.
Do you sell wholesale?
