We kindly ask that you read through our policies thoroughly before purchasing our items. Please read all the information, as many of your questions may be answered below.
Sizing
Please review our size chart, located on the last photo of this listing. The Bridget bodysuit is sized by the bust, natural waist, hip and bicep measurements. Please keep in mind that the hip portion of this bodysuit stretches, so that measurement does not need to be exact.
We offer Regular, Petite and Long sizing options to adjust the length of the skirt and accommodate your height.
Waist – around your natural waist, the smallest part of your body. This is typically 1-2” above your belly button, just below your rib cage
Length - from the natural waist to the floor at center front
Train - from the natural waist to floor at center back
To avoid inaccurate measurements, we strongly recommend getting measured by a professional seamstress. If you are in between sizes, order the size up – it is always easier to take a garment in than it is to let it out. Because our pieces are all made from a standard size chart, please allow room in your budget for alterations to achieve a perfect fit. All of our items are handmade, so slight variations are to be expected.
Add on Sash - Our sashes are a separate piece - about 15" wide by 150" long, that can be tied around the waist in a variety of ways. The sash is made in a matching chiffon for the Florence, Tennyson, Piper and Cordelia skirts, and can be made in either satin or chiffon for the Norma J or Eleanor skirts.
Not sure about color? Order a swatch!
We cannot guarantee colors or match colors via email. Due to monitor variations and each photographer's editing style, colors may appear differently on your scree than they do in person. We highly recommend ordering a swatch to confirm color if you are unsure.
Custom Colors
We are able to offer custom colors for the majority of our pieces. If you'd like a custom color, please purchase a custom swatch and contact us with inspiration photos!
International Brides
Please be aware that most countries outside of the US charge import fees + duties on packages coming into their country. We have absolutely nothing to do with these fees and are not responsible for them in anyway. Visit your country's customs website to estimate cost, and be sure to allow room in your budget for these fees. We do not offer refunds - if you refuse to pay the fee, the garment will be shipped back to us and you will be required to pay the return shipping for the items to be sent back to you.
As with all bridal wear, it is very common for brides to need alterations in order to achieve a perfect fit. Please allow room in your budget and timeline for alterations with a local seamstress.
Returns
We do not keep stock on our items and all our pieces are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, or weight loss or gain after an order is placed.
COVID 19 + Delivery
Like all businesses, we experience delays in production, supply issues and slower delivery time as a result of the ongoing pandemic. Our standard delivery time is approximate and may vary slightly due to these issues. We appreciate your patience, and if you are on a tight timeline, please add a rush option to your order. We strongly recommend order with at least an additional 6-8 weeks out from your wear date to allow delays in delivery and time for alterations. International brides should give themselves an additional 10-12 weeks for safety.
